Click and Collect

We welcome you to pick up the bouquet at our studio. Please choose your order and, select 'Add to Cart' or 'Buy Now', and choose the date and collection slot when checking out. Please leave both your email and contact number for us to reach you in case of emergency. 

Please bring your email confirmation and come to our studio during the day and slot you reserve. We recommend that you collect the bouquet one day before your wedding to leave yourself some buffer time. Please book the flowers at least 7 days in advance. The booking slot is open for 3 months. If you would like to place an order that's further than the slots available, please email us for enquiries.

Delivery

We provide delivery using our trusted third-party private courier to ensure our bouquets remain in fresh and excellent conditions. Our delivery charge across London started at £75 based on your location to our studio (NW10 6JP), order amounts, and time requested. Please email us for enquiries before placing an order if you wish to arrange the delivery service. 

FAQ

• Will the flower be the same as shown in the pictures? We use seasonal flowers sourced from our local market and providers. The photos shown above are demonstrations of the products. The flowers included in the actual bouquet differ in time based on the availability and seasonality of the flowers. We often use white roses and spray roses, queen anne's lace, eucalyptus, asparagus as our base (with subjected to availability). The colour of the bouquet will be white flowers + green foliages + a colour chosen from you to match your wedding theme. Please  email us if you and let us know the additional colour you would like to choose at least 7 days in advance or choose from the colour palette we provide. 
• What are the sizes and shapes of the bouquet? The bridal bouquet will be around 35cm-40cm dia while the bridemaid bouquet will be around 20cm dia. The bouquet will by  hand-tied in round, flowy, garden style.

• What are the flowers and styles used for bridesmaids bouquets and boutonnières? We'll be using the same selection as the bridal bouquet with less stems.
