At "Everyday by Affection," we prioritize your satisfaction with our floral arrangements and workshops.

Products -

Due to the perishable nature of our products and the personalized, handcrafted nature of our floral creations, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds or returns for products created using fresh flowers and fresh foliage, including but not limited to bouquets, floral gifts, subscription flowers, vase arrangements, wedding flowers, and products contained personalization such as gift cards, gift messages, gift boxes, etc.

In the unlikely event of damage during transit, we are here to assist you. Please document the unboxing process with photos and videos, clearly showing any damages, and promptly send them to sales@everydaybyaffection.co.uk Include your order number, contact details, and first and last name within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Our dedicated customer support team will work swiftly to address the issue and ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.

Workshops & Open Days -

Please note that workshops or booking for Open Days cannot be canceled or refunded unless under unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel workshops due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe diseases, tube or train strikes, etc. In the event of a cancellation, we will promptly assist in refunding the workshop price.

For participants unable to attend a workshop/Open Day or wish to reschedule a workshop/Open Day, please notify us at least 7 business days before the scheduled date. We will gladly assist you in rescheduling for another date of the same workshop or provide you with credit to book an alternative workshop on our site.
