Delivery and Click & Collect
Fresh Flowers, Bouquets, Fresh Floral Gifts, Fresh Flower Arrangement - We offer delivery services across London and Greater London by our private courier to ensure the freshness of our flowers. The delivery charge is based on location, items ordered, including helpers or not, etc. Please send us an enquiry for delivery quote. If you're not at home, the drive will leave the package at a safe place with your consents.
Flower Arranging Tools and Vases - We offer delivery services Nationwide by Royal Mail Tracked Delivery. We’ll ship the product in 2 business days. Please expect 2-4 business days for your parcel to arrive after ordering.
Courier Service - If you have same-day delivery, extra large arrangement delivery, or Sunday delivery requirements across London, don't hesitate to get in touch with sales@everydaybyaffection.co.uk for courier service arrangements. We’ll charge a courier service fee based on your location and time slot requirement.
Non-Delivery - While we strive to fulfill our commitment to delivering all orders promptly and meeting our customers' expectations, occasional errors may occur. If our drivers or courier partners encounter difficulties in reaching the recipient, or if the customer fails to make contact with us, we cannot be held liable for the non-delivery of the order.
Click and Collect - We welcome you to pick up the flowers and bouquets at our studio on Wednesday. Please order at least two days in advance and choose the available date and collection slot when checking out.
We’ll prepare the bouquets based on your pick-up date to ensure that the flowers are fresh and ready for you. If you wish to change the collection date, please contact us at sales@everydaybyaffection.co.uk at least three days before your pick-up date.
We are a small studio and have limited capacity, please make sure that you arrive within the collection time slot for a smooth pick-up experience. If you’re unable to collect at the time slot reserved due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us at sales@everydaybyaffection.co.uk before the end of the business hours.
