Fresh Flowers, Bouquets, Fresh Floral Gifts, Fresh Flower Arrangement - We offer delivery services across London & Greater London by our private courier to ensure smooth delivery. The delivery charge depends on size, date, and distance from our studio. Please email us for flower order enquiry and delivery charge. 

Event Installations and Weddings - We offer delivery services across London & Greater London by our private courier. The delivery charge depends on size, date and time slots, parking charge, numbers of staffs required, and distance from our studio. Please email us for event/wedding order enquiry and delivery charge. 

Click and Collect

We welcome you to pick up the flowers and bouquets at our studio without additional charge. Please email us to confirm your flower order and pickup date & time. 

We’ll prepare the bouquets based on your pick-up date to ensure that the flowers are fresh and ready for you. If you wish to change the collection date, please contact us at least three days before your pick-up date.

We are a small studio and have limited capacity, please make sure that you arrive within the collection time slot for a smooth pick-up experience. If you’re unable to collect at the time slot reserved due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us before the end of the business hours.

Returns

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the floristry business, we aren’t able to accept change-of-mind returns of any fresh flower or floral gift products. If your flowers are damaged in transit, please contact us at sales@everydaybyaffection.co.uk including proof of photo and video when unboxing your parcel within 24 hours of receiving your order.
